At this stage, kidney function will get more than 60% compared to the normal people. At this stage, people who get high blood pressure, diabetes should pay more attention to that. Kidney patients should pay more attention to the diet and treatment. Special diet and treatment will be helpful for them. they must control the blood pressure and blood sugar. Patients should have a test every six months. If they have a good treatment, their kidney function will be better.
The third stage is moderate chronic renal failure. The GFR is 30-59%.
The fourth stage is severe chronic renal failure. The GFR is 15-29%. At this stage, kidney function will get into 15-59% compared to the normal kidney function.
At the fifth stage, that is end kidney disease, GFR gets less than 15%.Kidney function less than 15%compared to the normal function. At this stage, kidney could not rule out the metabolism of water and waste. Patient must accept dialysis or kidney transportation.
