2. Proteinuria. The severity of proteinuria has no relationship with that of hematuria. In some cases, sufferers will develop Nephrotic Syndrome or acute Nephritic Syndrome.
3. Hypertension. It is slight hypertension in most cases, and if the blood pressure is rather high, there will be a poor prognosis generally.
4. Other symptoms. In some cases, edema will appear and it is usually slight one. In the active period of the disease, those who have edema will have a higher blood pressure. Edema is related to the loss of protein. In addition, sufferers will have pain in joint and abdomen, and some other malaise will also invade the body.

All the symptoms mentioned above is the main manifestations for the Purpura Nephritis. Generally speaking, the earlier the changes of urine appear, the severer the disease will be.
