15% kidney function is a vital interim period, if renal failure patients can stop their kidney function from further decreasing and then increase some kidney function, they have great chance to live their rest life without dialysis and without worrying about life-threatening complications that may occur at any time. Disappointingly, if they take no actions, means receive no effective treatment, they will certainly rely on dialysis or kidney transplant in all their rest life.
