What Are Kidney Stone Symptoms?
Many kidney stone patients complain they have abnormal symptoms after they are diagnosed with kidney stone or even after they expel stones out of their body. They do not know whether these symptoms are related with kidney stone, because they do not know what are the kidney stone symptoms.

1. Renal colic
Renal colic means pain in kidney and it is the one of the most common symptom among kidney stone patients. Renal colic is especially easy to occur at night or after activity. In general, renal colic appears because kidney stone blocks renal pelvis or ureter.
2. Blood urine/hematuria
According to survey, about 80% of kidney stone patients have symptom of blood urine and mostly it is microscopic hematuria.
3. Fever
Usually, if kidney stone is more than 0.7cm, it can not be expelled smoothly with urine. Big kidney stone stops urine from being discharged successfully, which can result in infection easily. With severe infection, kidney stone patients alway experience fever and even shivering symptom.
4. Hydronephrosis
Kidney stone blocks renal pelvis or ureter, making our body fail to excrete fluids. Consequently, fluids pile up in the kidneys and result in hydronephrosis.
